Product Marketing Manager (all genders)
Your role
In this key role, you will complement our growing marketing team, which already covers PR, events, digital, and partner marketing. You will work closely with product management, sales, implementation teams, and leadership to translate complex product features into understandable, compelling customer benefits—for a complex buyer journey involving stakeholders from IT and OT.
Your mission
- Development and ownership of product positioning and messaging that resonates with diverse target audiences — from shopfloor to IT and OT leadership
- Creation of sales and enablement materials such as battle cards, one-pagers, presentations, solution sheets, and internal briefings
- Support of go-to-market activities for new features, releases, or products, including messaging, target audience definition, and launch materials
- Development of content and campaigns that address the market, build trust, and support the decision-making process
- Conducting and maintaining competitive analyses to enable clear differentiation and sharpen the roadmap or messaging
- Close collaboration with product managers, implementation consultants, sales colleagues, and marketing team members
- Contribution to thought leadership initiatives, use case stories, and executive content
- Continuous refinement of messaging based on market feedback, signals, and performance data
Your profile
- 3–5+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Content Strategy, or Go-to-Market within a B2B SaaS environment — ideally in logistics, robotics, manufacturing, or industrial software
- Ability to translate technical complexity into clear, value-driven communication tailored to different stakeholders
- Experience in start-up, scale-up, or matrix-organized environments with cross-functional collaboration
- Confidence in creating content and materials from concept to execution, combined with a strong strategic sense for narrative and positioning
- Familiarity with sales enablement practices and tools (e.g., battle cards, competitive analyses, objection handling, personas)
- A structured, proactive, and collaborative working style — someone who wants to shape the role, not just fill it
- Native-level German and very good written and spoken English; French or Spanish are a plus (and may exceptionally substitute for German)
