Your mission
You design intralogistics concepts that can be implemented efficiently and whose scaling delivers real added value to our customers.
- Technical and process-related consulting for potential as well as existing customers in early project clarification and concept phases
- Analysis of customer requirements and development of tailored solution concepts based on the SYNAOS IMP platform
- Creation and presentation of technical solution architectures, process models, and feasibility studies
- Close collaboration with Sales, Product, and Engineering to directly incorporate customer feedback into product development
- Support of proof-of-concept phases as well as assistance in proposal creation and tenders
Your profile
- Completed degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a comparable field
- 5+ years of professional experience in technical consulting, solution engineering, or a similar role, ideally in the field of intralogistics or automation
- Solid understanding of automation solutions in intralogistics (AGV/AMR), including control architectures and common communication standards such as VDA 5050
- Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and convincing manner
- Independent and structured way of working with a strong focus on pragmatic solutions and minimal customization
- Very good German language skills (C1+) and fluent English
- Willingness to travel to customers, partners, and events
